Our Dual Dense Medium Separation (DDMS™) cyclones are highly efficient mineral processing equipment that is designed to produce high grade and middlings grade products as well as tailings from a single feed stream simultaneously. Our technology uses a dense suspension of heavy media particles in combination with a unique design and control philosophy to achieve a wide range of cut-points often required for effective separation of minerals. Our DDMSTM cyclones consists of a feed preparation module, a density separation module, and a product, middlings and discard handling module, each designed to perform a specific function in the overall process.
